What you'll do
In this role, you will develop accurate short, medium, and long-term forecasts and capacity models for contact volumes and staffing across various channels, including voice, chat, email, and back office. You will analyze historical data, trends, and business drivers to predict demand and plan resources effectively. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining capacity models that determine staffing requirements and hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment between staffing levels and customer demand, optimizing efficiency while supporting business growth. You will also be involved in schedule optimization, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet service levels and enhance employee wellbeing.
