What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new state and local public sector accounts. You will deepen engagement with existing strategic accounts in Louisiana and Arkansas, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to assist users in harnessing the full power of Elastic's search analytics. You will champion our open-source offerings, articulating their value and capabilities to potential clients.
You will develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations. Your role will involve conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Elastic's solutions, ensuring that clients understand how to leverage the technology to unlock the full potential of their data.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and that client needs are met effectively. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs will inform your approach to driving sales and expanding Elastic's presence in the public sector.
