You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector, and understand the nuances of government procurement processes. Your experience includes developing and executing outbound sales strategies that generate significant opportunities, and you are comfortable using frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify leads effectively. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to craft compelling value propositions and deliver tailored presentations that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities. Your technical fluency enables you to engage with clients on a deeper level, discussing how Elastic's Search AI Platform can meet their specific needs. You are results-driven, consistently aiming to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Desirable
Experience in selling cloud-based solutions or AI technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the Elastic Search AI Platform. A background in working with government clients or understanding public sector challenges will set you apart. You are adaptable and can navigate complex sales cycles, ensuring that you maintain momentum and drive deals to closure.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own your territory and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
