Experience in the AI or search technology space is a plus. Familiarity with channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it provides insight into revenue generation through partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify, recruit, and enable key channel partners to support Elastic's business goals. You will lead initiatives to drive partner-sourced revenue and ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will act as a liaison between Elastic and partner sales teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to maximize the effectiveness of joint efforts. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing partner campaigns, monitoring partner performance, and providing ongoing support to enhance partner engagement. You will also analyze market trends and partner feedback to refine strategies and improve the overall partner ecosystem.
