Who you are
You have a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships, particularly with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). Your experience includes designing and executing partnership motions that align with company priorities, such as GenAI, Security, and Observability. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive successful outcomes.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify opportunities for pipeline creation and joint account planning. Your ability to communicate effectively across various teams ensures that incentives and execution strategies are aligned for maximum impact. You are motivated by the challenge of transforming strategic partner interest into repeatable and scalable Go-To-Market models.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify and lead early-stage GSI partnership motions that align with Elastic's strategic priorities. You will drive pipeline creation and develop lighthouse opportunities through joint account planning and partner-led execution. Collaborating closely with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams, you will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and incentivized for success. Your efforts will help create operational models that can be confidently handed off to regional sales and partner teams for long-term success.
