Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors β€” you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and understand the nuances of consultative selling. Your ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes is second nature, allowing you to engage effectively with researchers, scientists, and executives alike.

You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working closely with founders and product teams to craft strategies that resonate with enterprise clients. Your experience in building playbooks and closing high-value deals will be instrumental in shaping how AI supports scientific research.

What you'll do

As the first dedicated Account Executive in Europe, you will own and close enterprise deals, managing the full sales cycle from discovery through to negotiation and signature. You will run highly consultative sales processes, mapping complex research workflows and uncovering pain points to co-develop tailored solutions with your clients. Your role will involve translating AI capabilities into tangible business and research outcomes, ensuring that your clients see the value in Elicit's offerings.

You will partner directly with the founders and product team to define strategies that align with market needs and drive growth. Your insights will help shape the future of how research is conducted, making a significant impact in the field of AI and science.
