Who you are

You have a strong background in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharma β€” you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and understand the nuances of consultative selling. Your ability to build relationships with researchers and executives sets you apart, as you know how to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.

You are a strategic thinker who can craft and execute sales strategies that align with company goals β€” you thrive in environments where you can partner with product teams to develop playbooks and close high-value deals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to translate technical AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes for your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and close enterprise deals, managing the full sales cycle from discovery through to signature β€” you will run highly consultative sales processes, mapping complex research workflows and uncovering pain points to co-develop solutions with clients. You will work closely with the founders and product team to define how Elicit can expand in enterprise environments, ensuring that your approach is tailored to the unique challenges faced by researchers and scientists.

You will be responsible for cultivating champions within client organizations, landing pilot programs, and expanding accounts to drive long-term partnerships. Your role will involve translating AI capabilities into business value, whether for heads of R&D, chief economists, or lab directors, ensuring that Elicit's solutions are positioned as essential tools for high-stakes scientific work.
