FORM is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across EMEA. You'll leverage your experience in the enterprise SaaS landscape to close high-value deals and build strong customer relationships. This role offers a clear growth path into a General Manager position.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the SaaS landscape, and are adept at navigating complex sales cycles. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You thrive in a results-driven environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Your proactive mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the market. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various departments to drive success. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate value propositions effectively to potential clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will leverage your expertise to close complex, high-value deals while building strong relationships with enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and offerings. Additionally, you will track sales metrics and report on performance, providing insights to inform future strategies. This position is pivotal in shaping the growth trajectory of the EMEA team, with a clear path for advancement into a General Manager role.
