Who you are
You have at least 4 years of enterprise sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of closing complex deals in high-growth environments. Your ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing landscape sets you apart. You possess a self-starter mentality, allowing you to work autonomously while effectively collaborating across regions. You are coachable and bring a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset to your role. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams alike.
Desirable
Experience selling in Northern European markets is a bonus, as is familiarity with the modern data stack, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data warehouses, and reverse ETL processes. A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth startup environment will further enhance your candidacy.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Hightouch, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across Northern Europe. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. Your role will involve collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure that client needs are met effectively.
