Who you are
You have a proven track record in demand generation marketing, ideally with experience in high-growth environments. You thrive in a hands-on role where you can both strategize and execute, demonstrating your ability to build effective marketing engines from the ground up. Your experience includes working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue generation. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and understand the nuances of marketing to large enterprises. You possess strong communication skills and can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and measure success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of the demand generation pipeline, ensuring that every campaign contributes to revenue growth. You will design and implement a comprehensive outbound strategy that includes account-based marketing (ABM), direct mail, and digital experiences tailored for Fortune 2000 companies. You will lead field marketing initiatives, managing high-profile events and executive dinners that enhance Ema's visibility and reputation in the market.
