You have a proven track record of building frameworks that support new market launches and enhancing employee experiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and office administration, will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Global Benefits Manager, you will lead the strategy and design of employee benefit programs across 10+ countries. You will take full ownership of global health, retirement, wellness, and insured benefit programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant. Your responsibilities will include administering and continuously improving the company’s global Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, which encompass parental, medical, personal, and statutory leave. You will work closely with the Atlanta Office Administrator, providing coaching and mentorship while also supporting local HR leadership initiatives. Your role will involve building repeatable frameworks to support new market launches and enhancing employee experience in existing regions. You will also collaborate on monthly engagement and wellness initiatives, ensuring that all programs align with the company’s culture and values.
