You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in channel partner management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners is key to your success, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can influence and drive results. You understand the SaaS landscape and have a passion for improving employee engagement and onboarding processes. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
You are adept at analyzing market trends and competitor strategies, which enables you to position Enboarder's offerings effectively. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly to potential partners and stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the charge in developing and executing Enboarder's channel partner strategy. You will identify and engage potential partners, fostering relationships that drive mutual growth and success. Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams, you will ensure that our partner offerings are aligned with market needs and effectively communicated. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs for channel partners, monitoring performance, and providing support to help them achieve their goals.
You will conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Your insights will be crucial in refining our partner programs and ensuring they deliver maximum value. Additionally, you will represent Enboarder at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative onboarding solutions and expanding our network.
