Overview

Enboarder is hiring an Account Director to manage and grow Mid-Market customer partnerships. You'll work with People Leaders to transform HR processes into adaptive, AI-driven journeys. This role requires experience in account management and customer success.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the HR technology sector. You understand the importance of customer relationships and have a proven track record of managing and growing partnerships. Your ability to communicate effectively with People Leaders across various sectors sets you apart, as you aim to transform static HR processes into adaptive, AI-driven journeys. You are proactive and strategic, always looking for ways to maximize customer lifetime value and platform adoption.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and management. Your experience in managing Mid-Market accounts has equipped you with the skills to develop long-term strategies that ensure customers realize the full strategic value of the platform. You are comfortable with automation and understand how it can reduce administrative overhead for HR leaders.

What you'll do

As an Account Director at Enboarder, you will proactively manage a book of Mid-Market accounts, developing long-term strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and platform adoption. You will work closely with People Leaders to ensure they are getting the most out of the Enboarder platform, helping them accelerate time-to-productivity and reduce attrition. Your role will involve coordinating tasks across HR, IT, and management to create seamless employee experiences.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within your accounts and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Regular check-ins and performance reviews will be part of your routine, ensuring that customers are engaged and that their needs are being met. You will also collaborate with the product team to provide feedback from customers, helping to shape the future of the Enboarder platform.
