Experience in selling to manufacturing or distribution sectors is a plus. You have built your own prospecting workflows using tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo, and you understand the nuances of targeting legacy-stack environments. Your familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator enhances your ability to identify and connect with the right stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Endeavor, you will own a greenfield territory, selecting the right personas and workflows to target. Your primary responsibility will be to fill the top of the sales funnel by booking qualified meetings with potential clients. You will craft sequences and call frameworks, utilizing A/B testing to refine your approach and optimize for decision-making rather than just product evaluations. You will capture the prospect's pain points in their own words and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives with detailed notes in HubSpot. Your experiments and successes will contribute to the team's playbook, helping to shape the outbound strategy as you grow in your role.
