What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Mithrl, you will play a crucial role in identifying and prospecting high-potential biotech and pharma companies, including Series A+ biotechs and mid-cap pharma. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations with leading scientists and decision-makers, uncovering critical pain points that could lead to life-saving therapies. You will craft compelling outbound campaigns that effectively target your audience, ensuring that your messaging aligns with their needs and challenges.
In addition to prospecting, you will qualify inbound leads and schedule qualified meetings for our sales and science teams, facilitating the flow of communication and collaboration within the organization. You will work closely with founders and commercial leadership to optimize messaging and explore market expansion opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and success of Mithrl.
