You have a proven track record as a Lead Product Designer, owning significant product areas and driving them from research through execution. Your experience includes designing comprehensive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail that serves as a model for the team. You thrive in handling complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight, showcasing design's strategic value through high-quality work. You balance hands-on design work with leadership and mentoring, adapting your focus based on team needs. Your ability to conduct generative and evaluative research using qualitative and quantitative methods allows you to uncover insights and validate decisions effectively.
You are skilled in synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations that drive product strategy. Collaborating with the Principal Designer, you ensure that research aligns with holistic experience goals. Your design work reflects systems thinking, creating cohesive experiences that cater to diverse user needs. You are committed to elevating design's influence across the organization and positioning it as a strategic driver of business value.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own product areas and execute design for significant product areas within Energage's new unified experience. You will lead the design process from research through execution, ensuring that your designs meet user needs and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include planning and conducting user research, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design work. You will mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
