Who you are
You have extensive experience in leading data-driven initiatives, particularly in the realm of first-party data and addressability. Your hands-on leadership style allows you to prioritize and execute high-value projects effectively, ensuring that the commercial engine of the business runs smoothly. You understand the nuances of working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Strategy, and Commercial, to align goals and drive success.
Your background includes a strong understanding of data monetization strategies and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business initiatives. You are adept at fostering collaboration among diverse teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common objectives. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the data landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the customer and commercial engine for Equativ's Data and Addressability business. You will partner closely with Product, Strategy, and Commercial teams to drive initiatives that leverage first-party data for monetization. Your leadership will be crucial in prioritizing projects that deliver high value to the organization, ensuring that the team is focused on the most impactful work.
You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of key initiatives, providing guidance and support to team members as they work towards achieving their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be essential in driving alignment and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
