You have a proven track record in partnership management, with extensive experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth. Your ability to build strong relationships with partner leadership teams is key to maximizing the impact of partnerships. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align opportunities and achieve financial goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Global Alliances team at PagerDuty, focusing on the ongoing development of a portfolio of strategic partners. You will be accountable for delivering on key financial goals, including alliance-influenced revenue and pipeline generation metrics. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the joint go-to-market strategy with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with PagerDuty's Sales organization to build strong field relationships. You will also oversee the launch and scaling of go-to-market programs with key consulting and technology partners, driving PagerDuty's growth and enhancing service delivery.
