Who you are

You have a strong background in integration engineering with experience in overseeing complex technical implementations — your expertise in HL7 and interoperability platforms allows you to guide your team effectively through onboarding processes. You possess excellent leadership skills, having successfully mentored and developed engineers in previous roles, fostering a culture of high performance and communication excellence.

You thrive in project leadership roles, balancing technical execution with team management — your ability to prioritize projects and manage workloads ensures that your team meets customer expectations and deadlines. You are adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges, providing hands-on support when necessary to drive operational excellence.

What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Integration Engineering, you will oversee the successful delivery of Health Data Exchange onboarding projects — your role involves direct management of high-priority integrations, ensuring that technical builds, testing, and configurations are executed consistently. You will lead your team in navigating complex integrations, providing day-to-day guidance on project prioritization and customer communication.

You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment where your team can excel — by supporting their professional growth and balancing workloads, you will help maintain throughput across the onboarding pipeline. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team towards achieving operational goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
