You have a background in the transportation industry, particularly in rail, and are passionate about educating and inspiring users and prospects. Your experience allows you to identify and craft effective marketing campaigns that align with targeted goals and objectives. You possess strong research and analytical skills, enabling you to report on financial, technological, and other factors affecting the Rail market. Collaboration is key for you, as you work closely with internal stakeholders to define and execute the Rail Industry marketing plan.

You are skilled in engaging with various teams, including marketing, sales, products, and professional services, to deliver successful campaign tactics. Your ability to create compelling content, such as webinars, customer success stories, and social media posts, drives awareness and demand within the Rail Industry community. You are proactive in managing logistics for industry-related conferences and events, ensuring that Esri's presence is impactful and engaging.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist Industry Managers in executing marketing strategies that resonate with the Rail Industry. You will support a regular cadence of content creation that enhances community engagement and drives demand. Your responsibilities will include preparing for and managing logistics for conferences, tradeshows, and webinars, where you will personally engage with attendees to promote Esri's solutions. You will also contribute to the growth of the Rail Industry community on social media and within the Esri Community, fostering connections and discussions.

Collaboration with marketing staff will be essential as you create and manage campaign tactics, ensuring effective internal communications to meet team goals. You will track campaign progress and work proactively with internal and external customers to advance activities. Your expertise in the rail industry will be utilized to prepare content, including presentations and technical papers, that showcases Esri's capabilities and thought leadership in the market.
