What you'll do

In this role, you will assist Industry Managers in engaging with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver successful campaign tactics. You will support a regular cadence of content creation, including webinars, customer success stories, and social media posts that drive awareness and demand. Your responsibilities will also include managing logistics for rail industry-related events and actively participating in user group meetings.

You will contribute to the growth of the Rail Industry community on social media and the Esri Community, fostering connections and engagement. Collaborating closely with marketing staff, you will create and execute campaign tactics that align with team goals. Tracking campaign progress and proactively working with internal and external customers will be essential to moving activities forward.
