What you'll do

In this role, you will assist Industry Managers in engaging with marketing, sales, products, and professional services to deliver impactful campaign tactics. You will support a regular cadence of content creation, including webinars, customer success stories, and social media posts, that drives awareness and demand for Esri's solutions in the rail industry. Your research and industry knowledge will be crucial in preparing presentations, eBooks, and technical papers that highlight the value of Esri's offerings.

You will also manage logistics for rail industry-related conferences and user group meetings, ensuring that Esri is well-represented and engaged with the community. Collaborating closely with marketing staff, you will create and execute campaign tactics that align with team goals and objectives. Your role will involve tracking campaign progress and working with both internal and external customers to ensure activities are moving forward effectively.
