Esri is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and strengthen relationships with systems integrators and business partners. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and promote the adoption of Esri’s technology. This role requires experience in partner management and strategic alignment.

Who you are
You have a strong background in partner management, with a focus on building and strengthening relationships with systems integrators and business partners. Your experience in sales and marketing allows you to effectively promote technology adoption and drive revenue growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with account managers and business development teams to align strategies and achieve common goals. You are passionate about mentoring and sharing knowledge with your team members, fostering a culture of support and growth.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with partners and internal stakeholders. Your ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing partners demonstrates your proactive approach to driving results. You are comfortable leveraging CRM tools to manage opportunities and streamline the buying process, ensuring that both Esri and its partners achieve their sales objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the utilities, telecom, or rail industries is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the specific needs and challenges faced by partners in these sectors. Familiarity with technology sales and marketing strategies will enhance your ability to align partner offerings with Esri’s strategic goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with Esri account managers and business development leads to develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans for partners. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities and work to align the needs of Esri's sales teams with the capabilities of partners. Your efforts will focus on driving revenue growth and expanding Esri’s presence in key markets.
You will engage with both new and existing partners, identifying major growth opportunities within the Esri Partner Network Program. By leveraging your expertise, you will help partners maximize their potential and fully utilize Esri’s technology. Your role will involve mentoring team members and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.
