You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the mid-enterprise market, and possess strong leadership skills that enable you to effectively recruit, train, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers. Your experience includes setting clear goals and strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring your team is equipped to meet their targets. What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Mid-Enterprise Partner Sales, you will oversee a team of Partner Account Managers, guiding them in their efforts to drive revenue and enhance partner engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring that your team meets specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing team to iterate on the partner engagement model, ensuring it remains effective and beneficial for all stakeholders.
Your role will involve regular training and development sessions for your team, focusing on best practices in partner management and sales techniques. You will also be tasked with analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, you will help your team navigate challenges and seize opportunities in the mid-enterprise market.
