You have a strong background in software product management, ideally with experience in the aviation or geospatial industry. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product features is key to your success. You excel at building relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring that product development aligns with market opportunities and innovation. You are a proactive communicator, capable of articulating product roadmaps and timelines to both customers and internal teams.

You are comfortable leading product briefings and engaging with customers to showcase product capabilities and gather insights for future enhancements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding how customers utilize the aviation products and identifying new problems that can be solved with innovative features. You will organize and communicate customer requirements to the development team, collaborating closely to prioritize the product roadmap and release timelines. Your role will involve working with customers, potential customers, and partners to collect requirements that deliver value and solve real-world problems.
You will lead customer product briefings and conferences, ensuring that stakeholders are informed about product developments and enhancements. Your ability to synthesize customer feedback and market trends will be crucial in shaping the future of Esri's aviation products. You will also support the Professional Services organization in developing solutions that align with customer geospatial strategies.
