What you'll do

As a Senior GIS Solution Engineer at Esri, you will join our international business development team focused on infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to advise distributors, partners, and customers on leveraging ArcGIS to tackle some of the industry's most complex challenges. You will present and demonstrate Esri software, showcasing its capabilities and driving sales.

You will engage with technical decision-makers, leading discussions that highlight the unique patterns and trends that GIS technology can uncover. Your role will involve understanding an organization’s business structure and workflows, allowing you to propose tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to contribute to the overall strategy of the business development team, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, sharing your insights and experiences to foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
