Overview

Everbridge is hiring an IT End User Technologist to provide technical support for end-user hardware and software. You'll assist in deploying and configuring new systems and mentor junior team members. This position is remote and based anywhere in Hungary.

Who you are

You have a solid background in providing technical support for end-user hardware and software, demonstrating your ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues. Your experience includes assisting in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring that systems are set up efficiently and effectively. You enjoy mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively to meet the needs of the team and the organization.

What you'll do

As an IT End User Technologist at Everbridge, you will be responsible for providing intermediate-level technical support to end users, addressing their hardware and software issues promptly. You will assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems, ensuring that all equipment is operational and meets the organization's standards. Your role will also involve diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of technical problems, working closely with users to resolve their concerns. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, guiding them through complex issues and helping them develop their technical skills. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the IT department and ensuring that all users have the support they need to perform their jobs effectively.
