Who you are

You have extensive experience in managing total rewards programs and HRIS/HCM systems, demonstrating a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills. You thrive in environments characterized by rapid change and are adept at pivoting when necessary to meet organizational goals. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and trust, allowing you to effectively manage multiple HR functions while supporting the overall objectives of the People Operations team.

You are comfortable working cross-functionally, partnering with various departments to align total rewards strategies with business needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for employee needs while balancing organizational goals. You are committed to fostering a culture of curiosity and ownership within your team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools like dbt and Fivetran. You may also have certifications in relevant HR technologies or methodologies that enhance your ability to lead in this multifaceted role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Systems, you will oversee the development and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. You will analyze market trends and internal data to ensure that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Collaborating closely with the VP of People Operations, you will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

You will also manage the HRIS/HCM systems, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. This includes overseeing system upgrades, data integrity, and user training to maximize the value of our technology investments. Your role will involve regular reporting and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.

In addition, you will lead projects aimed at improving the overall employee experience, from onboarding through ongoing development and rewards. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our total rewards programs are communicated effectively and understood by all employees, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
