You have extensive experience in managing total rewards programs and HRIS/HCM systems โ your strategic thinking and analytical skills enable you to navigate complex HR functions effectively. You thrive in environments that require adaptability and are comfortable leading through rapid change, ensuring that the organization meets its People Ops objectives.
Your background includes working with major cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and GCP โ you understand the intricacies of compensation and benefits in a tech-driven environment. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating cross-functionally to support organizational goals while fostering a culture of trust and ownership.
You are passionate about creating a positive employee experience and are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace โ your leadership style encourages team members to excel and innovate. You have a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
Desirable
Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies is a plus โ you are comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve HR processes. Familiarity with global compensation practices and compliance regulations will enhance your ability to manage total rewards programs effectively.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Systems, you will oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that align with phData's strategic goals โ you will analyze market trends and internal data to ensure competitive positioning. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative rewards strategies.
You will collaborate closely with the VP of People Operations and other leaders to support the organizationโs People Ops objectives โ your role will involve managing HRIS/HCM systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in total rewards management.
In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of phDataโs total rewards strategy โ you will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience. Your analytical skills will be crucial in measuring the effectiveness of programs and making data-driven recommendations.
