What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Systems, you will oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that align with phData's strategic goals — you will analyze market trends and internal data to ensure competitive positioning. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative rewards strategies.

You will collaborate closely with the VP of People Operations and other leaders to support the organization’s People Ops objectives — your role will involve managing HRIS/HCM systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in total rewards management.

In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of phData’s total rewards strategy — you will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience.
