What you'll do
As a Customer Support Specialist at Everlaw, you will be the first line of contact for our federal clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed on our platform. You will answer client questions, provide guidance on product functionality, and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. Your role is crucial in helping legal teams at law firms, corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations utilize Everlaw effectively to promote justice and discover truth. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of our clients.
You will engage with clients through phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively will be essential in helping clients navigate our platform. You will also participate in onboarding new clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to maximize their use of Everlaw. As part of the Customer Experience team, you will contribute to ongoing account management and user education initiatives, fostering strong relationships with our clients.
