Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, particularly in handling RFPs and RFIs, and you understand the nuances of public sector and complex private-sector deals. Your experience includes orchestrating the entire RFx lifecycle, from building schedules to managing review cycles, ensuring that all responses are compliant and on-brand.
You are adept at coordinating cross-functional contributors and managing timelines and dependencies effectively. Your attention to detail ensures that high-quality responses are delivered on time, and you thrive in environments where you can optimize processes and technology for better outcomes.
You are familiar with tools like SiftHub and AI assistants, which you use to enhance the proposal process. You understand how to leverage technology to improve efficiency, from first-pass responses to compliance checks and content organization.
You bring a collaborative spirit to your work, partnering with sales teams and subject matter experts to keep long-cycle opportunities moving smoothly. Your proactive approach helps prevent last-minute challenges, allowing your team to focus on delivering exceptional proposals.
Desirable
Experience in legal software sales or a related field would be a plus, as would familiarity with automated employment decision tools and compliance regulations in New York City.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day project management of proposal processes, ensuring that all RFPs, RFIs, and related questionnaires are executed flawlessly. You will build schedules, run kickoff and check-in meetings, and track review cycles to maintain momentum on long-cycle opportunities.
You will be responsible for refining content with SMEs to ensure quality and accuracy, tuning prompts and templates to capture reusable knowledge. Your goal is to make each new RFx faster, more predictable, and more effective than the last.
You will also play a key role in optimizing the proposals function, using your expertise to improve existing processes and implement new technologies that enhance the team's capabilities. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the sales team and the overall growth of the company.
