Extend is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead the outbound Business Development Representative team. You'll be responsible for developing strategies and improving processes to drive sales performance. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills.

You have 5+ years of experience in business development or sales management, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. You excel in creating strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency, and you have a deep understanding of the sales process and metrics that matter. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in mentoring and developing team members to achieve their best performance.
You are data-driven and analytical, capable of defining and tracking key performance indicators that guide your team's success. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and you are passionate about enhancing the post-purchase experience for customers. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Business Development at Extend, you will be responsible for the direct management and operational performance of the Business Development Representative team. You will create a successful and high-performing outbound BDR team, developing new strategies and refining existing processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to provide mentorship and guidance to BDRs, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
You will define and track leading and lagging indicators to measure team performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and drive results. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
