Extend is hiring a People Generalist to lead internal communications and design People programs that enhance organizational culture. You'll work on talent management, recruiting, and learning and development in San Francisco.

You have experience in People operations and are skilled in internal communications — you understand the importance of fostering a strong organizational culture and driving performance through effective People programs. You are proactive and solutions-oriented, always looking for creative ways to address challenges and improve processes. Your background includes working in fast-paced environments, ideally within tech companies, where you have contributed to talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
You are passionate about building trust and loyalty within teams — you thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working with diverse groups of people. Your ability to act as a strategic advisor to employees sets you apart, as you can navigate complex People matters with ease. What you'll do
As a People Generalist at Extend, you will play a crucial role in shaping the internal culture and enhancing employee experience. You will design and implement People programs that drive performance and engagement, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
