What you'll do

As a People Generalist at Extend, you will play a crucial role in shaping the internal culture and enhancing employee experience. You will design and implement People programs that drive performance and engagement, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. Your responsibilities will include managing internal communications, facilitating talent management processes, and overseeing recruiting efforts to attract top talent.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify learning and development needs, creating programs that empower employees to grow in their careers. Your role will also involve analyzing employee feedback and metrics to continuously improve People initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's goals. You will be a key player in fostering a positive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to Extend's mission.
