What you'll do
As a Sales Manager at Fender, you will lead and oversee the sales team, ensuring that they meet their annual trading targets. You will engage with national dealers, presenting and promoting Fender products while enhancing their brand representation. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining positive business relationships, as well as creating e-commerce sales plans to maximize outcomes.
You will supply management with reports on dealer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Analyzing assigned accounts and market potential will be key to providing accurate forecasts and tracking sales performance. You will also expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction, ensuring that the dealer network is well-supported and informed.
