PPRO is hiring a Senior Sales Manager focused on North America to drive growth and build relationships with major financial service providers. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in the fintech industry.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the fintech sector, and possess the ability to build and maintain relationships with large global financial service providers. Your experience includes sourcing leads and converting opportunities into successful partnerships, demonstrating your capability to achieve revenue targets independently.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your strategies to align with the needs of diverse clients across North America. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from enterprise merchants to internal teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline and driving product adoption among key partners in North America. You will identify and prospect new opportunities, leveraging your understanding of local payment methods to connect with potential clients. Your goal will be to contribute to the ongoing innovation of PPRO's offerings while achieving set revenue targets.

You will work closely with the US commercial team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives. Your role will require you to work three days a week aligned with US time zones, from 12 PM to 8 PM, ensuring that you are available for key client interactions during their business hours.
