Who you are
You are a construction professional with experience in using software to plan and manage construction projects. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and friendly, with a passion for improving the construction industry. Your background allows you to become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of deploying and utilizing Fieldwire's platform effectively.
You have a strong understanding of client construction needs and current tech stacks, enabling you to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into their day-to-day workflows. Your ability to develop relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts is key, as you engage in proactive outreach to uncover pain points and discover opportunities for improvement.
What you'll do
As an SMB Customer Success Manager at Fieldwire, you will utilize your construction expertise to consult on client processes and ensure they extract maximum value from the platform. You will become a product expert, learning best practices for configuring and utilizing Fieldwire to meet client objectives. Your role will involve deploying, training, and supporting customers, applying the same mindset you used in managing construction projects to remove roadblocks and drive processes forward.
You will work closely with clients, advising them on successful platform deployments and conducting training sessions. Continuous engagement programs will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and account expansion. You will also gather feedback from clients to inform product improvements and enhance user experience.
