You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and understand the nuances of building relationships with key decision-makers. Your experience includes developing sales strategies that align with company goals and effectively managing a pipeline of accounts to meet or exceed targets. You are comfortable with value-selling techniques and can navigate complex sales processes with ease. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about the intersection of design and technology, particularly in how AI can enhance creativity.
Desirable
Experience in the design or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven products. You are adaptable and open to learning about new tools and methodologies that can enhance your sales approach. A background in managing teams or mentoring junior sales staff would be beneficial, as you will be involved in hiring and developing the foundational sales team for Figma Weave.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create and manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts, focusing on organizations with over 5000 employees. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include setting the strategic direction for Figma Weave, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring and developing the sales team, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
