Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in enterprise-level accounts. You are motivated and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenge of building pipeline and generating revenue. You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are comfortable working from the office on designated days.
You excel at managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You have a knack for conducting comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Your ability to iterate on sales motions and provide customer feedback is crucial in shaping the company's roadmap.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle for strategic accounts in the UK region. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery sessions to understand client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating deals. You will also play a key role in renewing contracts and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
You will collaborate closely with the GTM Sales Team to define and iterate on sales motions, ensuring that the strategies align with the company's goals. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping the product roadmap based on customer needs. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Notion's presence in the enterprise market.
