You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing mid-market accounts, and you understand the nuances of building relationships with key decision-makers. You are skilled in applying effective discovery and value-selling techniques to identify and address complex business needs. Your ability to nurture positive relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to align with executives on business challenges and gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Figma, you will create and manage a pipeline of accounts through both inbound and outbound activities. Your primary goal will be to consistently meet or surpass sales targets while building and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how Figma's suite of products can provide innovative solutions.

You will align with executives on business challenges, gaining sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of Figma's products. This role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring that clients are fully engaged with the Figma platform. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, helping to shape the future of design and collaboration at Figma.
