You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and building relationships with C-level executives. Your experience includes applying effective discovery and value-selling techniques to understand complex business needs and deliver tailored solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of design and collaboration.

You possess strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders. Your background in technology or software sales gives you an edge in understanding Figma's product suite and how it can address customer challenges. You are motivated by achieving sales targets and are eager to learn from industry leaders.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Executive at Figma, you will manage a defined list of named strategic accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with C-level executives for each account in your portfolio. Your role will involve aligning with executives on their business challenges and gaining sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of Figma's suite of products.

You will be responsible for identifying expansion opportunities within your accounts and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that Figma's offerings are effectively communicated and positioned to drive customer success.
