What you'll do
As the Office Manager at Figma, you will conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean and organized workspace, addressing any maintenance or repair needs promptly. You will manage the internal offsite requests and oversee the onsite catering program, ensuring that all events run smoothly. Your role will involve monitoring and ordering inventory for office supplies, as well as assisting with space planning and management, including furniture moves.
