What you'll do
As a Recruiting Associate at Figma, you will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal partners. You will coordinate a high volume of sophisticated scheduling requests, ensuring that interviews run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve supporting Tier 1 recruiting requests, which are essential for unblocking the recruiting team and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters, leaders, and executive assistants to meet their collective needs and enhance the overall recruiting process.
