Who you are

You are an entry-level professional eager to dive into the world of channel sales within the fintech industry. You possess strong communication skills and a desire to build relationships with Independent Sales Organizations and financing brokers. You are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a company that is transforming capital markets through blockchain technology. You understand the importance of customer success and are ready to support small business owners in acquiring secured funding through innovative solutions.

Desirable

While not required, any experience in sales or customer success roles would be beneficial. Familiarity with financial products, especially home equity loans, can give you an edge in understanding the market and the needs of small business clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for activating and managing relationships with key Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and financing brokers. You will work closely with these partners to ensure they have the resources and support needed to effectively promote Figure's home equity loan products. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with internal teams to provide training and materials that help partners succeed in their sales efforts. You will also track lead generation and conversion metrics to assess the effectiveness of partner strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

You will engage with small business owners to understand their financing needs and guide them through the process of accessing secured funding. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within the partner network and to communicate effectively with both partners and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to the overall success of Figure's channel sales strategy by ensuring that partners are equipped to deliver exceptional service to their clients.
