Overview
Valdera is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support and grow their enterprise customer base across Europe. You'll ensure customers realize value from Valdera’s platform and drive retention and long-term partnerships. This role requires strong client management skills and an understanding of enterprise SaaS.

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise SaaS environments. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to assess customer needs and drive value from the platform. You thrive in high-performance environments and are motivated by the impact of your work on the global physical economy. You understand the complexities of sourcing operations and can effectively communicate how Valdera’s technology can modernize these processes for procurement leaders and supply chain executives.
You are a strategic thinker who takes ownership of customer outcomes, ensuring that clients not only adopt the platform but also see measurable improvements in their sourcing operations. Your experience in managing enterprise accounts has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex organizational structures and influence key stakeholders. You are comfortable working hands-on with clients, guiding them through the implementation process and beyond.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and growing Valdera's enterprise customer base across Europe. You will act as a strategic partner to procurement leaders and supply chain executives, helping them realize the full potential of Valdera’s AI-native sourcing platform. Your focus will be on driving customer retention and expansion, ensuring that clients achieve measurable value from their investment in the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and advocate for their requirements within the organization.
You will lead onboarding sessions, provide training, and develop tailored strategies to help clients modernize their sourcing operations. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing customer usage patterns and identifying opportunities for further engagement. You will also be responsible for tracking customer satisfaction and success metrics, using this data to inform your approach and drive continuous improvement.
