Job Description

Who you are

You have a solid background in IT support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can effectively communicate with team members and clients across different time zones. What you'll do

As a Contract IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users during US shifts.
