Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly in the digital asset or blockchain space. Your experience includes working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You are fluent in English, which is essential for collaborating with diverse teams and clients across the APAC region. You understand the importance of security and compliance in digital asset transactions and can design architectures that meet these critical requirements.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and DeFi. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving landscape of digital assets. A passion for technology and a desire to help businesses leverage blockchain solutions will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Fireblocks, you will take full ownership of the technical aspects of the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to identify client needs and demonstrate how Fireblocks' platform can meet those needs. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and providing insights into the security features of our solutions. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into future product developments. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation and training materials to support the sales process.
