Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in the digital asset or blockchain space β€” you understand the complexities of financial technologies and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your fluency in English and Mandarin allows you to engage with a diverse clientele across the APAC region, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.

You possess a solid understanding of REST APIs and can perform basic scripting tasks β€” this technical knowledge enables you to demonstrate the capabilities of Fireblocks' platform effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving landscape of digital assets and blockchain technologies.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at Fireblocks, you will take full ownership of the sales process in the APAC region, collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and engage potential clients. You will conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing how Fireblocks' solutions can meet the needs of financial institutions and businesses looking to leverage digital assets.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your role will involve gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, contributing to the continuous improvement of Fireblocks' offerings.

You will also participate in industry events and conferences, representing Fireblocks and building relationships with key stakeholders in the digital asset space. Your insights will help shape the company's strategy and approach to market demands.
