What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert deployed to customer sites, providing hands-on assistance with the implementation and usage of ION. You will collaborate closely with customers to identify their most pressing problems and develop coherent strategies and intelligent solutions. Your responsibilities will include building custom web applications and managing the delivery of solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of high-stakes projects, ensuring end-to-end execution and successful outcomes.

You will work in small teams, engaging directly with customers' engineers to design new features that automate laborious processes. Debugging issues that block production teams will also be part of your role, requiring you to think critically and act swiftly to resolve challenges. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our customers in achieving their goals, making your role crucial to the overall mission of First Resonance.
