You are an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing and deploying software solutions. What you'll do
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert deployed to customer sites, providing hands-on assistance with the implementation and usage of ION. You will collaborate closely with customers to identify their most pressing problems and develop coherent strategies to address them. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will take total ownership of developing and managing the delivery of solutions, working in small teams to execute high-stakes projects. Your role will involve debugging issues that block production teams and designing new features that automate laborious processes. You will also engage in continuous learning and improvement, adapting your strategies based on customer feedback and evolving industry standards.
