What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Five9, you will be the front line for presenting our cloud contact center software to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify outbound leads generated from marketing efforts and convert them into sales opportunities. You will meet quotas for qualified sales opportunities, making 50-80 calls per day and following up with additional touchpoints via email. You will proactively process all leads, ensuring they are appropriately disposed of based on established criteria of Fit, Budget, Authority, Need, and Time. Building relationships and rapport with prospects will be key to your success, as you will need to effectively articulate the Five9 value proposition through various communication channels. You will continuously log your activities and maintain accurate records of your interactions with prospects.
